Event Terms & Conditions

1. The maximum deposit amount for the maximum USDT bonus is 50,000 USDT.
(1-1) If you request a withdrawal during the event period, you will not be eligible to participate in the event. Additionally, if you withdraw almost all of the deposited amount after exhausting the bonus funds following payment, you will be excluded from the next event.

2. The rewards paid during the event cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances.

3. The event rewards will be issued after purchase. If you withdraw the purchased rewards, the event rewards will be immediately canceled.

4. This offer is only available once per account.
(For example, even if you have two or more accounts under your name, this offer only applies to one account under your name.)

5. If you request a 20% discount for a lump-sum deposit on the same day, the discount will only be applied to that specific request. Merges or duplicate deposits will not be processed.

6. Futures bonuses can be used to replace trading margin, trading fees, losses, and capital expenses.
In the event of a loss, the bonus will be deducted from the previously issued bonus.

7. Please be aware of the risk of liquidation due to the automatic expiration of futures trading bonuses.

8. Futures bonuses can only be used for futures trading. Only profits can be withdrawn, not the bonus itself.

9. If you transfer assets from your futures account before the futures trading bonus expires, all futures trading bonuses will be forfeited.
Asset transfer refers to transferring assets from your futures account to your spot account using the futures trading function.

10. Any attempt to claim event rewards without meeting the requirements set forth in the event Terms and Conditions may be considered fraudulent.
If fraudulent activity is confirmed, your account will be suspended and all bonuses will be forfeited.

11. If you do not receive your reward within 72 hours, please contact our 24-hour Customer Support Team or email support@bit-pat.com for assistance.
(Payments are processed on July 31. If payment is not made within 72 hours after the payment date, please contact Customer Support.)

12. Global Pat is not responsible for any investment losses incurred during the trading process for event participation.

13. Global Pat reserves the right to discipline users for malicious behavior.
Rewards can only be applied once per event. If any fraudulent activity, such as multiple accounts, account sharing, theft, or using more than one IP address, is detected, all rewards paid will be canceled.
Malicious acts include, but are not limited to, withdrawing the deposited amount after using up all of the bonus money received from the deposit event, repeatedly depositing and withdrawing funds for the purpose of obtaining event rewards, or engaging in trading patterns designed solely to exploit promotional benefits.

14. The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal requests and conduct additional reviews if an account is suspected of abusing this promotion or engaging in abnormal trading activities.
Withdrawal requests may remain pending until the review process has been completed.

15. Abnormal activities may include, but are not limited to:
Trading primarily with promotional bonus funds while withdrawing deposited principal.
Repeated deposit and withdrawal activities intended solely to obtain promotional rewards.
Trading patterns that indicate an attempt to exploit event benefits rather than legitimate trading purposes.
Any other activity determined by the Company to constitute promotional abuse.

16. If promotional abuse or fraudulent activity is confirmed after review, Global Pat reserves the right to:
Cancel or revoke event rewards.
Recover improperly obtained promotional benefits.
Restrict account functions.
Exclude the account from current and future promotional events.

17. Global Pat reserves the final right to interpret this event and may adjust details and rewards at any time based on market conditions.

18. Internal transfers to other users are considered withdrawals.
(Participation in the event via internal transfer is also excluded from eligibility.)

19. The maximum reward amount per deposit is 10,000 USDT.

20. Only the first deposit after the event begins is eligible.

21. Example)
Deposit 50,000 USDT to receive an additional 10,000 USDT bonus.

Requests for recovery of bonuses that have been used up due to reasons such as expiration of the gift bonus period specified above, transfer of assets to a spot wallet, or expiration between transactions will not be accepted.
If you have a withdrawal record within the period, you will be excluded from the target.
(This also applies to deposits made after withdrawal.)
