1. The futures bonus can be used to replace transaction transaction fees.  

2. The futures trading bonus is valid for 7 days. Remaining bonuses after use will automatically expire within 7 days.

3. The futures bonus can only be used for futures trading, and only the profit part can be withdrawn and the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn.

4. Transferring assets from a futures account before the futures trading bonus is exhausted will forfeit all futures trading bonus.
- Asset transfer involves transferring assets from a futures account to a spot account through the Futures Exchange feature

5. Any attempt to claim an event reward without meeting the requirements specified in the Event Terms and Conditions may be considered fraudulent.  
- If fraud is confirmed, the account will be suspended and all bonuses will be extinguished

6. If you do not receive compensation within 72 hours, contact your 24-hour cs team or email support@global-pat.com for assistance.

7. Globalpat is not responsible for any loss of investment that may occur during the transaction to participate in the event.

8. Globalpat has the right to take disciplinary action against users who exhibit malicious behavior.  
- You can apply for compensation only once for one event. If fraudulent activities such as multiple accounts, theft, or two or more IPs are detected, all compensation paid will be extinguished.

9. Globalpat reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event and may adjust details and rewards to market conditions at any time.

3) If Futures trading bonus is used as a margin for entering a futures trading position
-> Futures bonus may be used as margins and may be temporarily reduced as much as used if there is a transaction or an open position.  
-> The futures trading bonus can be checked normally if the transaction is closed or there is no open position.

3. How can I use the futures trading bonus?
1) The futures bonus can be used to replace transaction fees.

4. Why aren't event rewards paid?
1) If compensation is not due or payment is in progress
-> Rewards will be paid within 72 hours of the end of the event application period.
- If you do not receive compensation within 72 hours, please contact the CS team through the Contact us tab.

2) If customers don't apply for event compensation payment
-> You did not participate in the event. Please click Submit button on the event page.

5. How is the cumulative futures volume measured?
-> The sum of the position open transaction volume and position close transaction volume during the event period.
- trading volume = Open Trade + Close Trade (including all futures pairs) during the event period.

6. How can I check the cumulative futures transaction volume?
-> History > Futures Trade History / Sum of all futures trading volumes during the event period.
- 1 trading volume = Price x Quantity (In Futures Trade History)
